Returns & Refunds Policy
At Viktoria's Shop, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure with your product, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution -either a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
To be eligible for any return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided.If your item needs to be returned, we’ll provide instructions and details. Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.
Shipping Information
Victoria:
As we are based in Victoria, orders shipped within the state usually arrive faster. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. We work hard to process and send out your order as quickly as possible to ensure you enjoy your bath and drinking tea bags without delay.
Rest of Australia:
For orders shipped to other states and territories, delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
International:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, it is our intention to offer international shipping in the near future as we prepare to meet the necessary regulations and ensure the best service for our customers worldwide.
